About YFILLA

Music. Stories. Culture. Dreams Beyond Borders.

YFILLA is an independent creative brand founded by a Rwandan-born artist based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

What began with a passion for music has grown into something bigger — a home for music, storytelling, children's books, apparel, and creative projects.

My journey from Kigali to Halifax has shaped much of what I create. Through YFILLA, I share stories inspired by my experiences, family, culture, faith, and the places that have become part of who I am.

From my MULTINATIONAL album, which tells the story of my journey across borders, to Star Books by YFILLA, inspired by children's curiosity and everyday questions, each project has its own story while remaining part of the same vision.

YFILLA is about creating, building ownership, and bringing ideas to life without limiting them to one category or one place.
